Please note that all digital my products are refundable they each have different refund policies, please refer to them at point of purchase, but if you have any issues we'd be more than happy to help, simply email hello@mcjconsultancy.co.uk with;

We aim to respond to your email within 2 working days. Business hours are 10 am-5 pm (UK time) Monday - Friday not including bank holidays.
Ebooks and Digital Downloads:
Please note your ebooks are available to download immediately once your purchase is complete or via a link in your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email please check your junk folder
Social Media Audits:
Please note we aim to complete these within 3 working days once the questionnaire has been completed. Once complete you will be emailed a link to your social media audit to view on a private YouTube video. Please ensure you have a YouTube account to view.
Courses:
Some courses with be available straight away and some with have a set start date. These will be made clear throughout the sales pages.
