Camille Johnson is a product-based business expert and consultant and the founder of two businesses. MCJ Consultancy and Pink Ribbon Lingerie.
She has a background in buying and merchandising and operations management within the beauty and retail industry. In her 20 years of experience, she has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands while working for leading UK high street retailers Debenhams, House of Fraser and Selfridges within head office teams and for niche international skincare brands.
Camille has also worked for youth charity Business Launchpad as a Business Counsellor helping 16-30-year-olds launch and grow their businesses.
Her business MCJ Consultancy is a platform to help product-based businesses to increase sales, profit and customer retention. She teaches brands how to get stocked in retails stores and runs courses and consults 1-2-1 with brands.
She began MCJ Consultancy because she wanted to share her
knowledge and help great brands increase their retail footprints and get the exposure, they deserve but don’t know how to go about it.
Launched in 2010 Pink Ribbon Lingerie an award-winning specialist online retailer selling post-mastectomy lingerie, swimwear, and clothing. With the aim of helping women feel beautiful following breast cancer surgery. Her mum is a 25-year breast cancer survivor and following her mum’s negative experiences trying to find products she needed and liked they decided to launch the brand selling the best products from a range of retailers.
